 Anthem Text

As We Break Bread

As we break the bread, as we drink the wine

All our strength will be supplied,

Lord Jesus will provide and may it ever be.

As we break the bread, as we drink the wine

In this blessed, holy place we will know the tender grace

Of Jesus Christ, who said, "Remember me."

This is the body broken; this, our daily bread.

This is the blood of the covenant; with it we are fed.

As we break the bread, as we drink the wine,

We remember Jesus said, “I will rise up from the dead.”

In his death we shall be free from all sin eternally,

For our Lord and Savior said, "Remember me."

As we break the bread, as we drink the wine,

We remember Him.
